Buyer’s Premium:

A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to all final bids to determine total purchase price.

Payment Terms:

Payment is due in full on auction day. We accept:

• Cash

• Personal or business check (with valid bank letter/ID if required)

• Credit/Debit cards (3% processing fee applies)

All Sales Final:

All items sell AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect items prior to bidding.

Bidding:

By placing a bid, you are entering into a binding agreement to purchase. No refunds or chargebacks.

Item Removal:

All items must be paid for and removed on auction day unless prior arrangements are made. Buyers are responsible for their own loading and transportation.

Default:

Any buyer who fails to pay will be banned from future auctions and may be subject to legal action.

Announcements:

Any announcements made on auction day take precedence over all printed or advertised material.
